And the comment of an official: 'It looked stable ... we don't know what caused it.' Thank you for your two seminars. I can't seem to get enough information on Feng Shui! I Feng Shui all of my listings, some times I tell the sellers and sometimes I just add the black mat and red flowers. I am working on my certification again. This time I will get certified!! Thank you for all the information you provide!" I should have known not to be the first guest for your teleseminar yesterday. While Gabe was talking I realized that I have so many good things that happened to me and Ron because of Feng-shui that I did not even mention. I am so bad at speaking to an audience. For example, - I did not mentioned how you help me feng-shui my love corner and brought Ron home to me with a ring in hand - I had a tough listing last year because the sellers were asking too much and cannot accept the decline in market value. I asked to feng-shui their home but they thought I as crazy and did not want to do it. After a few months, their co-workers mentioned how great feng-shui is for selling a home. They asked me to feng-shui the property. After I feng-shui their home, in a matter of a few days, the owners themselves called me and asked me to lower the price. Within one week, we have 3 offers - I help a co-worker who had a listing that fell out of escrow twice. At that point the owners gave her one more month to sell the house or they will take it off the market. After we feng-shui the house, the owners called her and asked her to lower the price and she received an offer within a few weeks. - My friendly relationship corner is lush and beautiful with many porcelain rabbits. All the kids in the neighborhood would come by just to see the rabbits. I have received many referrals and got calls from past clients that I have not seen or heard of in a few years. I am now working with them in helping them buy investment properties. Work is quite busy and I love it - My wealth corner is also beautiful. I will be able to get back all the taxes that I have paid in the last 5 years this year thru investing, money that I thought were gone forever. - Ron is a soft metal, a west group person just like I am. Since he move in with me (because I live in a good luck house, I would not move anywhere else J) his business just flourish with a waiting list of companies that want his company to service their accounts. This is something that he has been trying to do when he moved his company to Las Vegas but was not able to achieve it to the level that he wanted while he was living in Vegas. He is now home with me and only go up to Vegas to oversee the operation 4 days out of the month. Also, as you know, his passion is to be an entertainer, singer, musician and he is quite excellent. He had to put this dream in the back burner and work on a plan to solidify his financial situation. He has achieved that and now working on his dream. Thru his business he met a vice-president of a company that wanted his company to service their accounts. This man is also a sport agent for famous football and basketball stars and also know a few famous music producer, singers, etc…on a personal level. He will be helping Ron when he is ready to make the move These are just a few of the good things that has happened to us. I am sorry I did not mention them yesterday.
